Would you please check if you are connected to the internet? If you are inside a VPN, is it possible to log off temporally? We've see corporate proxy settings prevent the tool from getting a license ...
The other possibility is that your machine is not recognized. How many machines have you installed the software on? Also, do you remember the version?

Good idea with the VPN. I was on VPN but turning it off did not resolve the issue.
I installed this on one machine, rebooted that machine, confirmed internet connection and no VPN and issue is still present
Is it a laptop? If you did the installation over wifi and are running it with a wired connection (and vice versa) it may appear to be a different machine.

Perhaps we can resolve this by re-installing? Is that recommended here?
I think that should fix the issue. However, would you mind sharing the license file before you reinstall?
