After updating PSpice for TI the license is lost
Hi Klaus,
Can you please share more information? Was this a library update or a software update? Which version? Can you share a screenshot of the error message? Were you able to use PSpice for TI normally before this?
Thank you,
Jackie
Hi Jackie
Now the error came back, when I tried to Zoom in on the simulation result:
Best regards
Klaus
Hi Jackie
It was a software update to version 17.4-2022-S008.
Yes I was able to use PSpice for TI normally before the update.
What is much worse is that my Cadence schematic capture has also stopped working. It looks like whenever I try to start a Capture I get a PSpice version, even though I click on a CIS Version.
Than You,
Klaus
Hi Klaus,
I will open a case with Cadence on the topic. Could you please share your install log, located here: C:\Users\ < your username > \AppData\Roaming\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall\cdsPspiceTIlog.txt
Thank you,
Jackie
