TIDA-050047: EV2400 connection issue

Hello expert,

My customer is using EV2400 to connect TIDA-050047 BQ25792 but cannot connect directly(they tried both of below checked item, cannot work). They tried to connect other charger device with same EV2400 and BUstudio(not BQ25792). It works and there is no issue for it so it should not be EV2400 issue. We would like to know if there is GUI issue for BQ25792 or is there any connection need to move? Thanks a lot!!
