PSpice for TI time-domain keeps running past 'Run to Time' limit; has no simulation results

I set the 'Run to Time' to .01 seconds but it keeps running past that. Also, after I stop it, 'Simulation Results' option is greyed-out. After that I restarted the computer and tried again. This time I get an error message:

ERROR (LMC-189555): License call failed for feature PSpice_TI, version17.400 and quantity 1. The license server search path is defined as C:\Users\rpadden\AppData\Roaming\Cadence\VBL\TI_PSpice_174\license\license.txt. An Internal error occurred. Please go to http://e2e.ti.com for further assistance. (-1)

Any help appreciated!

    Hi Robin,

    Could you please archive and share the project? 

    Is this the first time you have seen ERROR (LMC-189555): License call failed for feature PSpice_TI? Were you using PSpice for TI without issue until recently, or is this the first time you have used PSpice for TI? Could you please share the file: C:\Users\ < your username > \AppData\Roaming\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall\cdsPspiceTIlog.txt  ?
