Dear All Team,

I have installed the CCS version 3.3 on my desktop with OS windows 10 that the installer has been downloaded from the link https://www.ti.com/tool/download/CCSTUDIO?login-check=true. Currently, I am trying to connect between the TMS320C6713 DSP board (SN: C6C_1802147) and the desktop, by using the device manager on the desktop it's helpful to check all hardware that it shows the serial communication cable is working properly (attached the screen capture). Then, I tried to upload the MATLAB library file into the TMS320C6713 DSP board by pressing Ctrl+B on the keyboard. Unfortunately, it looks like many error messages appeared. For your information, the MATLAB 2016a can be connected to one of CCS version 3.3 or 4 or 5. I believe the R&D team between Texas Instruments and MATLAB completed the collaboration, so they released CCS v3.3 or 4 or 5 installed first before MATLAB version 2016a. Please help me to resolve the problem and give me the steps to install CSS correctly and work properly in the Windows 10 operating system. Thank you very much for your help and attention.

It looks like the screen capture may not have been attached successfully. Could you post the screen captures that show the board connection working, as well as the capture with the errors.

It seems that our customer forgot to attach the files. He sent me files prior to posting here in E2E and it seems that he was pertaining to as attached:

Dear Martin and Gerald,

I have attached the screenshot related to CCS v5 successfully communicating with TMS320C6416T Trainer Kits board and the message error when I try connecting between MatLAB 2016a and TMS320C6416T Trainer Kit Board. Please give me the steps or procedure for how to communicate between hardware and software working properly. Thank you for your help and attention.

Please note that Embedded IDE Link in CCSv4 and v5 does not have the same level of integration of CCSv3.3. Please see the following links for more details:

Dear All,

Thank you for your response, I try following the instructions posted in the community MatLab centre contributions by Anton as a Matworks staff member. The results were not what I expected, it may be due to the hardware differences in this experiment by using C6000 not C2000. Could you help to inform the guide on how to do this for TMS320-C6416T DSK (C6000) in officially supported by Mathworks to resolve the problem. Thank you for your help and advice.
