details on Micro-controller

Dear Rick, I am looking for a 16 bit data line micro-controller with an on-chip ADC unit and an external non-volatile memory chip with 25MB capacity & 16 bit data lines. The above mentioned components should be SPACE QUALIFIED. Also, May I use the above micro-controller circuit to simulate into Orcad? If not, suggest me some other software which can be interfaced with a mixed signal circuit tool. I would like to know the general off chip delay of 10cm length track. Thank you in advance.
