I was trying to import a transistor for a simulation. But in the text file for the model it is mentioned that "Package pinning does not match Spice model pinning". And no information given in the file regarding Source Gate Drain pinning. In such cases for diodes I just reverse the given polarity and use it. How to proceed with 3 pin components like transistor? please help
