Hi Roberto,

Would you please create an environment variable CDS_LIC_QA_TesT and set it to a file such as "C:\licLog.txt"?

Now try to launch the tool and wait for it to disappear, then share the file with us.

You can also try running "C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\tools\bin\Capture.exe" by double clicking it.

environment variable added, pc restarted, but when i start program no licLog.txt file is created, i try also to add an empty file licLog.txt but it remains empty.

sorry if I answer only now but I was on Christmas holidays, anyway yes i have write permission to programData directory, if it can helps I tried to run pspice.exe and the program opens correctly and also creates the log file in programdata. Capture.exe instead does not do it
