Hi Team,

My customer is facing an issue with installation of Pspice for TI , they can install it with the provided access key with my credentials (User) only but not able to install with admin rights with this access key .

After installing the file with own credentials , they are facing following error while running. They have already installed this application three times but still facing same issue. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Hi Shinu,

Was the installations tried on the same computer? What kind of error did he get with the admin right?

The missing DLL was probably caused by the missing of MS VC++ redistribution package. Getting the IT department to install that may fix the problem.

Yes we have tried on same compiuter. Installer was not proceeding with the provided acess key when installing with admin right .
