INA290A5 , LM393A PSPICE MODEL WILL support the temperature sweep in TI Pspice tool

What about this LDO (TLV74318), As i run the temp sweep the output is varying more beyond datasheet mentioned.

This is schematic and the VBUS=5V.when we performed standalone LDO Temperature sweep , The voltage is varying very large , so pls let me know this transient model will work for temp sweep , if not how i will implement the LDO in Schematic .

Even with stand alone LDO with some resistive load, the LDO output varying very high as i shared graphs in above.

The temperature sweep range is (-20 to 50 deg), as it is transient model , is it support for the temperature sweep?

The model specifies in line 42 that temperature effects are not modeled, so what you are seeing is somewhat accidental. LDOs typically drift by less than 1%

over the full temperature range so you won't be missing much in a DC simulation by using an ideal source in its place.
