TIDA-020031: LM74801DRRQ1

Part Number: TIDA-020031
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28950

We are using the same layout as given in the TIDA-020031altium file which is given in the Design files & products section. The DC-DC can operate without any problem if we remove the e-circuit breaker part. But if the
The fast circuit breaker is implemented, and then the LM74801DRRQ1 operates at an output current of 150 A and then cut off. Please help me to achieve an output current up to 300 A.

I also find the schematic and layout don't match. Could you let me know where I can get the final version of the file?  If you want to know the difference then I can provide you the components Designator name missing list from the schematics and layout file.

  • Hi Uma,

When the converter reaches 150A, is UCC28950 shut off, or LM74801 cutting off? In the uploaded schematic the gain of current sense amplifier is designed for 150A, once over 150A the over current will be triggered. Can you measure the Io_OC and check if over current is triggered?
