TIDA-010062: Boards needed to build and test this reference design

Hi team,

While reviewing documentation for the TIDA-010062, it was confusing how many boards would need to be built and assembled to fully build this design. Within the gerber files, there are two boards that are included. However, when you read the documentation it seems other reference design boards are needed plus C2000 daughter cards.

How many boards are needed to assemble this design?

What are they all and where can they be found to purchase (or download their design files to create our own)?

    Sorry for I missed this question.

    TIDA-010062 need 8 individal boards and 2 standard EVM, but 4 of them are simple for interposer. Let me explain in below:

    If you open its CAD zip package, you can see 3 files:

    1. PMP41056_CAD, is a GaN duaghter board for LLC stage, (1pcs needed);
    2. SR_Brd, is a SR winding board to build LLC transformer, (4pcs needed) ;
    3. TIDA-010062_CAD, has combined 6 boards, and they can use the same PCB layers stack; (1 pcs needed
      • Power board, is the mother board of this design;
      • CT board, is added to sense LLC current and the resonant capacitor voltage;
      • PFC control interposer, is used to connect C2000 control card for PFC control;
      • LLC control interposer, is used to connect C2000 control card for LLC control;
      • E-Cap interposer, is used to lay down the ECAP, but only possible for 35mm height ECAP;
      • X-Cap interposer, is used to insert X cap by 90degree rotation;

    Beside above individual boards, you still need 3 EVM boards:

    1. 1pcs LMG3410EVM-043, GaN half bridge for PFC stage;
    2. 2pcs TMDSCNCD280049C,  c2000 Control cards for PFC and LLC;
