Hello,

Could you please send me the PSPICE model for  LMG3526R030. Also the data sheet for the same does not mention about the Eon and Eoff (Energy) for the switch. Could you also provide me that information.

    Hi Neha,

    We don't currently have a PSpice model for the LMG3526R030, however the PSpice model for the LMG3522R030  will be the same as it will be for the LMG3526R030 device with the exception of the /OC -> ZVD pin. On the LMG3522R030 the /OC pin reports out over current faults in tandem with the /FAULT pin. On the LMG3526R030 the pin is the ZVD pin and reports out when zero voltage switching has occurred.

    This part is newly released and we are still working on collecting this data. In the meantime, please refer to Eon & Eoff plots in the LMG3422R030 data sheet. These numbers will be similar between the two devices.
