PSPICE-FOR-TI: Cannot download

Hello, I have the same issue described in the related thread: when I try to download PSPICE-for-TI, it asks to edit my personal information, it says that the information have been successfully updated, but then the download does not start. If I try again, the same thing happens.

Hi Lorenzo,

Please try log into https://www.ti.com/ directly (not the pspice registration page), then go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address), then logout, go to the PSpice for TI registration page and request again.

I think that the problem was the login, perhaps some spurious cookie. I tried several times to update the personal information directly from the TI site, but it did not help. This time I've also logged off, then went to the PSPICE page and log on from there, and it worked. Thank you!
