PSPICE-FOR-TI: Download Trouble - Stuck on an Update Personal Information Page

I'm trying to download PSPICE for TI. When I click the Request button, I'm prompted to update my contact information. Once I fill out and save my information, I receive a "Success - you have successfully changed your profile message." There is no place to continue further or to download the software.

Hi Jacob,

We're working on this issue. Internim solution follows:

please have the customer login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page). Then go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address). Then logout, and go the pspice registration page and request again
