How can I assign a tolerance to passive components in PSPICE? For instance, I want to make certain resistors 0.1% tolerance.
The Cadence tutorial video from 2020 shows: PSPICE => Advanced Analysis => Assign Tolerance.
But I cannot find these commands in the Texas Instruments PSPICE menu.

As you've seen in that video, you'll need to be running a Monte-Carlo or sensitivity analysis for the tolerances to have any effect.
You can edit the properties of the individual components and set tolerances there. Select component, right click, Edit Properties
