PSPICE-FOR-TI: Error at SN6505A PSpice model

Hi Simulation team,

My customer has a problem SN6505A at PSpice. (As the responses in this link shows, an error occurs when trying to use the SN6505A model. https://e2e.ti.com/support/isolation-group/isolation---internal/f/isolation---internal-forum/1232813/sn6505a-problem-about-sn6505a-pspice-model ) Could you please comment on how to resolve this issue?

Takemura-san,

Did the user select "SN6505A_TRANS" from the drop-down before proceeding?

BTW, I'd skip the symbol picking and let the tool create a rectangular symbol instead.

The customer tried to set it like the picture, but unfortunately the situation did not change and the same error occurred at the same place.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me what they should check and what you would like they to try.

Thank you for your information.

The customer followed the steps in the video.

Because they didn't know how to get SN6505A_TRANS.OLB, instead they selected SN6505B_TRANS.OLB in C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\pspTILibDir and followed the steps in the video to confirm that it was listed as SN6505B_TRANS in the Library.

Next, they drew a diagram under almost the same conditions as the power supply circuit mounted on the ISOUSB211 evaluation board, specified SN6505A_TRANS.lib in the simulation library settings, and performed a simulation

But the result is as shown in the attached figure. It is a situation where simulation cannot be performed as SN6505A. If you have any doubts about the procedure, could you please let me know.
