BQ Studio V1.3.101 do not show golden image tab or advance menu view problem.

Hello TI,

I reinstalled BQ studio version V1.3.101 stable version and i could not see the advance tool menu, like golden image and many more which are being offered by BQ studio.

I tried setting window > preference > all global setting > enable show advance views and performed reset but no change in software tool view perspective.

or do we need a complete different software to get these tools options?

Try doing a clean install.

Uninstall bqStudio, delete c:\ti\batteryMAnagementStudio and then reinstall

I followed mentioned steps but still I don't able to see advance toolbar on the software interface.

is advance toolbar available for all range of BQs devices or limited ?

Hello d,

Not all products have a golden image tab. Some use the "Firmware" tab.

I see the "Advanced Comm SMB" toolbar in the screenshot.

If you let me know the product, then i can tell you if it should have the golden image tab or not.

Currently, we have BQ78350(1E9B_2_02-bq78350r2.bqz) in use. do this chip has an advance toolbar option?

Hello d,

It does not have golden image toolbutton. It does not require learning for golden image generation, therefore there is no learning cycle toolbar either.
