I tried sweeping over the VDS of these two models MbreakN & Power_NMOS_P and drain current obtained the following curves for the current,
what's the difference between these models so that they produce different characteristics ?
This is sweep over the VDS of Power_NMOS_P
This is sweep over the VDS of MbreakN which seems consistent with the theory
I also noticed that the MOSFET 2N7000 matches the first simulation.
This is the simple schematic that I used in the simulation for both mosfets
