SwitcherPro wrong model parameter(s)?

Dear Community,

i wanted to use the Renesas RJK0305DPB MOSFET in a design, but

the parameters that are stored in SwitcherPro are not the same as i found in the datasheet.

The Current e.g. is mentioned with 15A instead of 30A (abs. Max) in the datasheet.

Gate Charge is mentioned with 70nc. In the datasheet Total Gate Charge Tg is mentioned with 8 nC?

Do i interprete the datasheet wrong?

    Hi Christoph,

    You are right. We have wrong values for MosFET in our library. We will correct it in our next version releasing on 8/31.
