PMP10260: Looking for 24Vin to 12Vout/850W solution

Dear team,

As title, we are looking for suitable solution and find PMP10260 from TI website.

Could we start from this reference design and modify components to meet requirement?

Modification:

1. RFB to change 14Vout to 12Vout

2. Change output inductor rating to support up to 72A current rating.

3. Compensation RC

4. Any potential modification need to take care?

Hi Ben! PMP10260 is okay to start from and I see no issues with the modifications above. A more recent design is PMP31202 and you can add another 2 phases (25A) to get a total of 50A+25A=75A. This would be a total of 3xLM5143's. This would be less component changes since you would just add another 2 exact phases as the other phases. There is guidance on the datasheet on how to support 6 phases using stacked 3xLM5143s.
