When I use an administrator account, software can enter normally, but when I use my own account, software will report as below error, I can't aways use administrator, do you know why? How to solve this problem? Thanks.

This is caused by the network connection. If you are in a VPN, try log off to see if the problem goes away.
If not, please try open https://cdsplicwc.cadence.com/chws/test/connection.html.
If it does not say "Successful Connection," please contact your IT department and ensure that your PC has direct internet access.
