Dear Sir,
May I know if Tina-Ti can also support sim for Laplace equations as in Pspice?
E.g E1 2 0 LAPLACE {V(1,0)} = {5/(((s+2.5)^2+4)*(s+0.8))}
What is the syntax as in Tina-Ti?
Thanks
Fred

Fred,
Tina-Ti supports the use of Laplace for AC/transient simulations and the syntax you provided in your example is correct.

Hi Marcos,
Could you help me to check if my setup for the sim is correct? I still could not get it to work. I should see RC response time in transient analysis but I did not.
By the way, I notice in Tina-Ti we don't option for symbolic analysis as in Tina, is that making any different?
Thank you,
Fred
Hi Fred,
Your simulation is correct, I double checked the AC/transient step response with Matlab and only the AC seem to follow the expected results. I know the Laplace command works in PSPICE transients but apparently that is not the case in Tina. I will try to delve a little deeper into this issue and come up with a response. I apologize about this inconvenience.
Regards,
Marcos
