Every single time I request it, it will always ask me for the personal information. And every time I submitted the information, I cannot go back to the same page to continue the process. it has been looping like that. I have ask my friend who already downloaded PSpice for TI to help me with it. And she has the same issue where she cannot request it as well.
I entered different phone numbers and it did not work (from previous similar forum answer). I also reached out to the TI customer support to help, which they told me to clear the cache/history, allow the site to go through the firewall, change to different device and browser. All these troubleshooting steps are not work to request the Pspice for TI.
Could anyone guide me to resolve this issue? It could've been the TI system issue as well if those troubleshooting steps did not help.
