PMP22650: Recommended list of test equipment to validate the PMP22650 reference design.

Hello,

We are planning to assemble the PMP22650 and have been reviewing the documentation avaialable.

Shows a list of required equipment for test:

• 240 VAC, 7 kW AC source

• 250 V to 450 V, 6.6 kW DC load

• 12 V, 2 A bias supply

• Refrigerated recirculating chiller

Could you please recommend Manufacturers and part numbers for these equipment so that we work with a similar lab setup?

Hi Mario,

The following equipment is what we use for testing:

Chroma Programmable AC Source 61611 : 240 VAC, 7 kW AC source

Chroma DC Electronic Load 63206A : 250 V to 450 V, 6.6 kW DC load

BK Precision DC regulated power supply 1621A : 12 V, 2 A bias supply

Polycool HC - 50 : Coolant

You will also need a oscilloscope, differential probes, current probe and Rogowski coil to measure waveforms. I have listed the equipment we use below.

Oscilloscope: Tektronix MDO34

High Voltage Differential Probes: Tektronix TMDP0200

Current Probe : Tektronix TCP0030A

Rogowski AC Current Probe : Keysight N7041A
