    Surya,

    As you may know, LT Spice is not supported by TI and as a result, TI does not provide LT Spice models. If you visit the UC2844 product folder here, you will be able to download the unencrypted UCC28C44 PSpice model which may import into LT Spice. UCC28C44 is p2p and functionally equivalent, newer BiCMOS version of the Bipolar UC2844. Otherwise, please consider to use TI SPICE which is free and can be downloaded here.
