Dear TI team,
we have used this LLC reference design, for Battery charger but Transformer is getting too HOT when load current increases beyond 10A.
Temperature gradually increasing exponentially at low Current say output 10A also.
I have followed same magnetic design data as mentioned in TIDA-010081 design guide but resonant inductor incorporated as leakage Inductance
we have gone through 3 to 4 iteration with magnetics vendor,still facing heating issues.
I want very less loss at transformer to improve overall power converter efficiency also
Kindly suggest/advice me to follow to resolve this issue.
