Attached you will find the design guide for this design. I think this should be able to answer most of your questions.  
See section 8.2.2 for details on calibration. 
See section 8.1 for test conditions and 8.3 for the test data. 
We tested from 100mA up to 90A, however, 230V and 10A were used to calibrate. 

There is additional documentation on the software I can send to via email.

But We want to calibrate the meter without GUI as not manuel .We want to automatize with any method.

Can you offer a method? We are developing our meter project on TIDA-01094 reference.

After talking to the engineers, we do not currently have anything in place for this. However, it should be possible since the way that we do calibration is by adjusting a scaling factor. Using an additional circuit using a DAC to inject a known voltage into the ADC, then do the calculations to find and adjust the scaling factor in software. 

I have a few questions that could help me better answer here: 
Is there a specific reason you are looking into auto calibration as opposed to the given method?
Are you concerned with the thermals on the shunt?

We think ,In production process ,manuel calibration will be hard and long process.

We determined and limited the max current on the shunt information according to thermal on the shunt.
