Pspice for TI don't install because "Too many machines attempting to connect..."

Hello,

I had tried to install Spice for TI on third machines as described

Can I use this access key on multiple devices?
Yes. The access key is restricted for use with the registered email only, but can be associated to up to 3 machines.

But i received the hereunder message

Too many machines attempting to connect with the same access key. Please go .....

I know that i need to use my ID (mail adress) lestal@online.fr but after i enter the access key and click to "Sign in" the message "Too machines ..." appear.

It's the third install. The 2 previous installation was correctly performed.

I don't know why this thirs install do perform.

Please i need your help to this issue.
