I successfully downloaded the TIDA-01580 Wireless ECG, SpO2, PTT, and heart rate monitor reference design tailored for medical and consumer wearables. Following this, I proceeded to flash the firmware onto our PCBA. Subsequently, I initiated the software validation process by installing the TIDA-01580 application on my Windows-based workstation. However, an issue(s)e emerged as the application failed to recognize the installed software properly. The application prompted a request for the LabVIEW software, which had already been installed on the same Windows machine to meet the prerequisites.
I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter and ensure the seamless integration and recognition of the TIDA-01580 application with the LabVIEW software. Your guidance in resolving this compatibility issue would be greatly appreciated.
