I have successfully installed the TIDA-01580 and found it to work correctly for ECG monitoring. However, I have encountered a significant noise issue when monitoring the SPO2 waveform and HRM waveform. The waveform appears to be highly distorted by noise, making it challenging to obtain accurate readings.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice on how to reduce the noise in the SPO2 waveform. Your expertise and insights would be invaluable in helping me address this issue effectively.

Hello Viknesh, did you follow the same layout and schematic for the board design? Sometimes the assembly of the board can create issues with the measurement.

Dear Sanjay,

Thank you for your response. We followed the same layout and schematic, also followed industry standards for assembly.

We noticed While working with the TIDA software, advanced filter is disabled in the runtime engine(please refer the picture). We suspect that this might be the cause of the noise in the output. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this error.

Dear Viknesh,

You are right, the advanced filters are disabled in the runtime engine. The screen shot is not very clear. Are you using runtime engine or full version of Labview? Can you please also share pictures of SpO2 board and the set-up you are testing with?

Thanks Viknesh for sharing the pictures. The connection looks okay. Did you try to measure the signals on the board? Do you see all LEDs being turned on?

I would be interested in knowing if the respective pins are generating correct signals for LEDs and capturing signals from PDs.
