Your first block diagram can be implemented like the below. The power control system topology depends on your power rating, can be different, I need to know what power capacity you are targeting to make suggestions.

Your second diagram can be implemented similarly to make each AC-DC then use the rectifiers to achieve OR.

Ok, so your design is somewhere between 60W and 100W. So your power control system can be based on a flyback converter.

For battery load, if you need CVCC, then UCC28740 could be considered. This device has the feature of CVCC.

If CVCC can be achieved externally, or you do not need it, then UCC28C53 can be considered.
