PSPICE-FOR-TI: Error Message: Too many machines attempting to connect with the same access key.

I'm trying to install the PSPICE for TI in my laptop, but it's giving an error message " Too many machines attempting to connect with the same access key".

I'm currently using in only one device other than the one I'm trying to install (uninstalled from other devices). How can I resolve this problem?

Hi Shwetha,

Can you provide me with the name of the machine that you want to keep PSpice installed on.

With that info, I can request that the other machines be disabled and then you can complete installation.

FYI, each user is limited to 3 installs. If you get a new computer, we have to free up the record by disabling those records.

Hi Shwetha,

Your old machine has been disabled. You should be able to complete a new installation of PSpice now.
