PSPICE-FOR-TI: Cannot download PSPICE-FOR_TI

When I try to activate the download to download the tool, I am prompted to update my profile.
After I have done this and saved the profile, the change/update is confirmed.
However, the next time I try, I have to do the whole thing again and so I am in an endless loop without being able to download the software.
What is the cause ?
How do I get the software ?

Hi Gerd,

The cause is a bug in our background software where the profile inputs entered through the PSpice download page don't get sent to the actual profile.

The corrective is to update directly at ti.com

login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page). Then go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address). Then logout, and go the pspice registration page and request again.

This has worked for other users. Please let me know if you experience any other problems.

I did it that way and I was able to do the request. I hope the download will work once I get the email with the link.
