Hi Ryo,

I have forwarded this to the engineer familiar with the C2000 design of this reference design. However, I recommend also referencing the design guide below that goes into detail on the multiple loops of the OBC.

section 5 of the guide that Darwin pointed to should help describe how the software is structured.
