PSPICE-FOR-TI: Can not sign in.

When I try to sign in and download this tool, the internal error happens. This is my first PC to download this. How can I fix this error and continue?

I have gotten access key but the problem has not been solved. Before I asking ，I have try it for several times, but the issue is still here.

Rongbo,

Are you still having this access issue? Usually copy-pasting the key is sufficient. You can verify that there aren't any extra characters/spaces by showing the Access Key and comparing to what was sent in the email.
