Pspice install error message

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the screen shot.

This is saying that the license isn't present in the current user path.

That probably means that they installed it as a different user. Maybe as admin.

Let them know that they need to run as the user that installed the program.

Enter %appdata%  and select Cadence folder.

They should see a PSpiceTIInstall folder. That'll have the following files:

In the VBL folder will be the license folder with the license text file in that.

Let's find out what they have, and where it is.
