How to get Spice Model

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are Designing a BLDC Motor Controller Using UC2625 Motor Controller IC so to Optimize our design we require spice model of UC2625 IC to simulate with Cadence 16.3/16.5 software so please do help us on the procedure to get the spice model of the UC2625 Ic

I keep seeing this "form letter" response to customers who need models for TI devices.

Instead of saying "...Please contact the Product Information Center at support@ti.com for further assistance...." Why don't you simply route the request automatically to the TI Support Center?

This present response gives one the impression that it is too much bother for TI to respond to a customer.
