We are Designing a BLDC Motor Controller Using UC2625 Motor Controller IC, Since i am research person it will be difficult for us to make a new hardware every time so to reduce time & to Optimize our design we require spice model of UC2625 IC to simulate with Cadence 16.5 software so please do help us on getting the spice model of the UC2625 Ic Thanks & regards jawaharlal Scientist Research Centre Imarat
