TIDA-01371: Pulse generator model for test bench

Hi,

In the design guide of TIDA-01371 (www.ti.com/.../tiduci3), the test setup that shows the load regulating during current pulse is presented in figure 23.

I would like to know what model of pulse generator is used to make this measure ? I cannot find a signal generator that can meet theses requirements.
