Can you try the following and let me know what happens?

• Close all Cadence applications from task manager
• Type %home% in File Browser
• Rename the cdssetup folder to cdssetup_old
• Now launch PSpiceTI

Hello David, when I type %home%, it says Windows can't find it.

Default install location is:

C:\SPB_Data

Just to confirm, you don't have that directory.
