I am pretty sure I have the values right, but why do I have such an output. I was expecting a square wave...

    Hi Jenil,

    At first glance, this circuit seems reasonable. It would be good to check the source for the circuit to ensure proper biasing.

    It also might be that the BJT are too optimized so they don't become unstable.

    You might try importing actual BJT devices into the design and try again.

    Finally, since the QbreakN are provided by Cadence, you might try posting this question at pspice.com
