XDS560 debugger for boundary scan on board using AM625x

I assume you are referring to the XDS50v2 since XDS560v1 is no longer supported. Yes, the XDS560v2 supports target debug with JTAG 1149.1 and 1149.7.

CCS ships with a utility called dbgjtag which can be used for scan integrity tests and such.

Specifically this comment:

In general - the XDS560 emulator is designed to support boundary scan - however the software tools provided by TI and 3rd parties do not support this functionality. There are many other third party tools varying in performance and cost that are available.

So to clarify, the XDS560 class debug probes can support boundary scan. However we do not provide tools for it.
