TINA-TI: Application Crashing Upon Launch

Part Number: TINA-TI

I installed the software and followed all steps of the installation and received no errors however when I go to launch the application it crashes immediately. I am running the software on a Mac using Parallels so it is downloaded onto a Windows VM. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and the same thing happened again.

    Thank you for your inquiry about TINA.  Since TINA is a DesignSoft/TINA program, questions are handled by using the DesignSoft support page: http://www.tina.com/technical-support/  . 

    The DesignSoft/TINA team is very helpful and this is the most direct way for TINA support.  Please advise by clicking the   This resolved my Issue   button when the question has been answered.
