Hello.

I have following requirements for analog amplifier

Input voltage 1V(rms)
output voltage 300Vpp
Max current 6Apeak
Suitable for a minimum real load of 25 Ohm
Bandwidth (-3dBV): 1kHz to 2MHz

Duty cycle <10

Can you recommend some other reference design or some modification in TIDA-00066 reference design to achieve require results. Thanks

Hi Farhan,

Unfortunately we do not have any amplifier that is capable of supporting a output voltage of 300Vpp. The TIDA-00066 reference design was intended for input voltage in the uVpp range where the high gain would produce an output in a few V range.

Hi Farhan,

I am looping in the MOSFET team to see if they have any high voltage MOSFETs that could be used to build an amplifier circuit or if they have any known solutions.

Hi Farhan,

Thanks for the inquiry. Our MOSFETs only go to a max VDS of 100V. We do not have any devices that can support 300Vp-p.

Hi Farhan,

Unfortunately, we do not have any high voltage amplifier reference designs using TI MOSFETs. Our devices are mainly used in either switched mode applications such as DC-DC converters and motor drives or load switching applications such as hot swap and OR'ing.
