Can not request PSpice simulation tool

Good day,

I need to request PSpice simulation tool. However, when I click the request button, it takes me to a page to edit my personal information. 

After successfully updating my personal information, nothing happens, I am not taken to the next page for the next steps.

Could you please assist me

    Hi Nyasha,

    I've passed this on. We have a number of these and are trying to debug.

    You can try the following, but I cannot promise that it will work.

    login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page). Then go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address). Then logout, and go the pspice registration page and request again
