Hi,

I would like to use this LLC IC for EV charger.(LLC Half bridge topology)

Requirement is 1KW, 0 to 59V,0 to 17A

But actual output voltage and current must be controlled via CAN communication.for this i am using STM32G0 IC.

My doubt is how to set Voltage and current of my requirement here,i guess there is opamp which has 3.3V reference fixed current and voltage

Suggest me how to implement this using UCC25630 for my application

I am not sure how you would like to control the LLC power stage, analog or digital control, this is basically analog control using TI LLC controller, if you want to use MCU to control voltage or current, maybe you need to use MCU DAC to set the voltage and current, but my understanding is LLC may not be able to support 0-59V wide range output,

Yes i want to control using MCU, atleast i want current control from zero to 17A,voltage may be from ramp means when it reached 59V turned off PWM ,30V turn ON under No load conditions.

Under loaded condition current control dominate i expect.

i want to know hardware aspects,can i use like this

Hi max wang,

Thanks for sharing the circuit,this seems very less count parts,could you please elaborate a little that where we can give PWM from MCU to here(before U4 or after U4 at pin 3 & 5)

Hi, basically, I think you can generate reference from MCU to the OPA reference pin to form a feedback loop
