TIDA-010242: TIDA-010242

Part Number: TIDA-010242

To whom it may concern,

I'm trying to understand the behavior of the TIDA-010242 reference design during the -250V spike. During the -250V spike, the TVS diode will clamp the voltage to a negative clamping voltage so how it is possible for the TIDA-010242 to maintain a positive output voltage that is within the required range during the negative spike? Kindly, advise.

Regards,
