    Hi Jin,

    Please try updating your information using the following instructions:

    • Login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page).
    • Go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address).
    • Logout from ti.com
    • Go the pspice registration page and request again
