I have only a standalone version. so I think I cannot call plecs from Matlab. DO u have any chance to make a stand-alone version? also, can you provide any doc related to changing battery parameters and MPPT implementation doc

Yes, we have standalone version of the simulation, please provide your mail, and i can send it to you.

Regarding to battery parameters, maybe you can refer to PLECS website, MPPT implementation you can refer to the design guide.
